Giới thiệu
Thang điểm Khớp háng Oxford (Oxford Hip Score, OHS) là một bảng câu hỏi do bệnh nhân tự lượng giá được Đại học Oxford phát triển để đánh giá kết quả trên bệnh nhân thay khớp háng.
Thang đo này đơn giản, dễ áp dụng, tương quan tốt với thang điểm Khớp háng Harris, và có thể được xem là một bảng câu hỏi có giá trị để đánh giá bệnh nhân thoái hoá khớp háng hoặc kết quả sau phẫu thuật khớp háng.
Bảng câu hỏi bao gồm 12 câu hỏi, mỗi câu có 5 mức trả lời (với điểm từ 0 – 4 theo phiên bản sửa đổi), đánh giá về đau và khả năng hoạt động thể chất. Điểm dao động từ 0 đến 48, với 0 là kết quả kém nhất và 48 là kết quả tốt nhất.
