Constant – Murley Shoulder Score: Thang điểm Khớp vai Constant-Murley
Giới thiệu
Được xuất bản lần đầu vào năm 1987 trong Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research (Tạp chí Chỉnh hình lâm sàng và nghiên cứu liên quan) và được sửa đổi vào năm 2008 trong Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (Tạp chí Phẫu thuật Vai và Khuỷu tay), Thang Điểm Constant-Murley được thiết kế để đánh giá trạng thái chức năng của vai bình thường, vai bị bệnh hoặc đã được điều trị. Nó đã được sử dụng để đánh giá các bệnh nhân bị bệnh chóp xoay và gãy xương cũng như đã được sử dụng trong phẫu thuật khớp vai. Thang đo này chưa được đề xuất sử dụng với khớp vai không vững.
Điểm Constant-Murley bao gồm cả phần do bác sĩ hoàn thành và phần do bệnh nhân báo cáo.
