Introduction
The Upper Extremity Functional Index (UEFI) is a patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) for quantifying UE function in patients with musculoskeletal upper extremity disorders.
There are 2 version:
- 20-item Upper Extremity Functional Index (UEFI), Published in 2011.
- 15-item Upper Extremity Functional Index (UEFI), Published in 2013.
The UEFI-20 and the UEFI-15 have comparable reliability and validity. The UEFI-15 is recommended for measuring UE function because of its unidimensionality.
Use the following EVALUATION FORM to evaluate your patient and PRINT THE FORM when the evaluation is completed.
