Thang Điểm SRS-22r

Giới thiệu

SRS-22r (Scoliosis Research Society – 22 revised) là một bảng câu hỏi có giá trị để lượng giá kết quả ở các bệnh nhân vẹo cột sống vô căn sau phẫu thuật cột sống. Phiên bản đầu tiên, được phát triển bởi Hiệp hội Nghiên cứu Vẹo cột sống vào năm 1999, có 24 mục, sau đó được giản xuống còn 22 mục và trải qua 3 lần cập nhật.

Thang đo bao gồm 5 lĩnh vực – Chức năng (5 câu hỏi), Đau (5 câu hỏi) Hình ảnh bản thân (5 câu hỏi), Sức khỏe tâm thần (5 câu hỏi), Sự hài lòng/Không hài lòng với xử trí (2 câu hỏi). Điểm tối đa trong mỗi lĩnh vực là 5 và điểm tối thiểu là 1, với điểm cao hơn biểu thị chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân cao hơn.

Thời gian hoàn thành khoảng 10 phút.
